 In-store Purchase Return Policy: 



Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan, Chalk Paint® Accessories, Furniture, Found Goods - Vintage & Antique, Jewelry, Candles, Soaps & SALE items. FINAL SALE purchases will not be accepted for a return and/or exchange.
All other merchandise will be accepted for a store credit within 15 days of purchase with original receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to not accept merchandise if it is not in its original condition.

**Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card**

All merchandise must be returned in its original, undamaged condition; tags attached, items unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of make-up and deodorant stains. 

  • All merchandise must be returned must be in its original condition; unworn, unwashed, stain free and smell free with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.  
  • We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 10 days of your delivery date for a full refund. Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 10 days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping & handling costs for any item (via any carrier) you return. 


  • We do not accept online returns at our brick and mortar locations. All online orders must be returned to our online store. E-gift cards can only be redeemed in our online and not at brick and mortar locations.
  • Once your return is received and processed, we will email you your E-gift card that can be used on the website.
  • NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. 
    • All accessories
    • All jewelry
    • All sale items
    • All bath & body products

  • Fill out the Return Form included in your original shipment to indicate the reason why you are requesting a return.
  • Include in your package the filled out Return Form as well as the original packing slip from your original shipment.
  •  Send your package back to us [27 N Sandusky Street Delaware, Ohio 43015] via shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label for your own records.
  • Once we receive your package, allow up to 5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.  Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card.

S H I P P I N G 

A 7% sales tax is applied to all orders.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Promotional Offers for Free Shipping do not include Return Shipping costs.
  • Please allow up to 3 days for us process you order.
  • Ground: USPS typically delivers within 3-6 business days. Delivery dates may vary according to USPS; we cannot control the package after it leaves our facility. You will be given a tracking number to keep track of your package once it has left our hands.
  • Include supplemental address information (apt #, unit, mailroom, attn:, etc.) to ensure prompt delivery.
  • All orders are shipped from Delaware, Ohio 43015

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We carefully inspect every piece that comes in, but in the rare case that you might receive defective or damaged merchandise, please email us at within 3 days of receiving your order with attached photos of the damaged product.  There no exceptions to the timing of this policy.

While we make every attempt to properly represent real inventory quantities in our warehouse on our website, merchandise availability cannot be guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you via email.



We know that when you buy an item from Edwin Loy Home | Stone & Sparrow Apparel, you want an item that lasts! We're with you! Thats why we want to be sure you are caring for your garments properly to insure the longevity of your new clothes.

The best thing to do is check the tag to see what the care instructions say. Sometimes this can be found on the underside of the tag with the name of the brand (typically on the collar or band of the item), while other times it is found on an inner tag (typically located along the inner seam on either the right or left side of the garment).
